Abstract
CHAPTER OVERVIEW
We consider the visions and realities underpinning Andy's decision to use blogs with primary physical education students. Academics provide insights into Andy's case from digital technology, literacy, and assessment perspectives. Andy's case demonstrates that e-pedagogies are not limited to the ways practitioners adopt and use new forms of technology. Despite the promises of using blogs, we suggest that the complex situations practitioners face mean decisions about when and why not to use certain technologies are crucial in enacting strong e-pedagogies.
