Abstract
Two neohopane triterpenoidal saponins(glinusides D and E) were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of Glinus lotoids var. dectammoids, their structures elucidated as 3-O-β -L-arabinopyranosyl -22-O- β -D-glucopyranosyl (4 ← 1)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-16- β - hydroxy-5- β -neohoane and 3-O-β -larabinopyranosyl -22-O-β -D-glucopyransyl(4 ← 1)- β -D-glucopyranosyl-16- β -5- β -neohopane respectively by means of spectral data, especially NMR includin8 COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY techniques.
