Abstract
As a useful multiple criteria decision making method, the combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) method mainly combines a compromise decision algorithm with an aggregation strategy to obtain a compromise solution. This paper extends the original CoCoSo method to hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment to enhance the practicability of the method in solving practical qualitative decision-making problems. In this extended process, the subjective and objective weights of criteria are considered simultaneously. In addition, to standardize the initial decision matrix, the target criteria whose values are in linguistic forms are considered. Finally, a numerical example is given to validate the proposed method.
