Abstract

Extensive studies have been conducted by commercial organizations in order to assess the e-readiness of developed countries, but only limited work has been done to assess the progress towards e-readiness in developing countries. Aim of this paper that is to develop a comprehensive framework to assess e-readiness in Arab countries, to improve e-readiness processes, and to benefit from the use of information and communication technology.
