Abstract
Learning Analytics has gained significant attention in the domain of higher education. It involves dealing with the development of tools that harness educational data sets to enhance the learning process. It is a very active and promising research field. In this paper, we propose an insight by investigating how LA and its relevance can be used to improve the continuous improvement process. This can be considered as an initial step towards establishing a general framework for improving the educational outcomes, developing a real-time continuous improvement process, and enhancing students' learning experience in the Information Technology Bachelor Program at King Saud University.
