A bond graph model is derived from the classical SPICE model of the PN-Junction. The bond graph is built from the state space model of the PN-junction. The obtained bond graph is able to be superimposed to the device structure. This is a main advantage of the bond graph representation with respect to the classical electrical equivalent circuit.
