Conference Title: 2016 USNC-URSI Radio Science Meeting (Joint with AP-S Symposium) Conference Start Date: 2016, June 26 Conference End Date: 2016, July 1 Conference Location: Fajardo, PR, USA The MoM formulation based on the dipole moment (DM) approach is well suited to meet the challenges of singularity extraction and low frequency breakdown, but the scattered field expressions obtained by utilizing the DM formulation are not time-domain compatible and, hence, this formulation is not well suited for solving problems over a wide frequency band. In this paper, we introduce a novel Method of Moments (MoM) formulation to address the above mentioned problem.
