Abstract
Technological developments and the increase in the penetration of technical devices among the population have led to sustainable change in all spheres of our lives - radically changing the way we live and learn. Technology innovations are bringing about revolutionary changes in the teaching learning-process in educational institutes. Technology brings with it, its advantage of increased speed, accuracy, and cost effectiveness, wide spread distribution of content, and increased accessibility, flexibility.
This paper takes a comprehensive look at the trends that are driving the technological innovations in the teaching learning space and the emerging models of business education. The researchers have studied the challenges India is facing in the Education field. The researchers have also collected primary data to understand the current level of usage of technology in Pune city in Maharashtra, India. Besides this, the paper also highlights a framework for incorporating technology in the teaching learning process.
