The seismic risk is present everywhere on the surface of the globe, its intensity varying from one region to another. The most recent earthquakes in the world and in particular in Algeria have caused the death of thousands of people and serious material damage such as the Chief earthquake of October 10, 1980 and the Boumerdes earthquake of May 21, 2003. The objective set in this work is to contribute to the implementation of a thoughtful approach in the seismic protection of structures.
