The proposed design consists of two layers of conductive and resistive FSSs, both etched on Rogers RO 3210 with a separation of 2.8 mm. It ensures better angular stability, reduced distance between the layers making it low profile and improved absorption in the desired band compared to the data presented in recent research. Simulation results are presented for both TE and TM polarizations at normal and oblique incidence.
