Abstract
The subcritical liquefaction of rice straw to bio-oil with different kinds of solvent was studied in a 500 nil. autoclave at 573 K, 5-9.9 MPa, respectively. The results show that the maximum liquefaction conversion of rice straw is 89.05% with 1,4-dioxane-water mixture. The experiments, of which rice straw was liquefied in the condition of different ratios of 1,4-dioxane-water mixture, are shown that the yield of oil and total oil increases with the increasing ratio in the range of 0 : 10-5 : 5, and decreases from 5 : 5 to 10 : 0. The oil and PA+A (preasphaltene and asphaltene) fractions obtained at the optimal condition were analyzed by FTIR and GC-MS to investigate the type of the organic compounds in the bio-oil.
