This is an exploratory study that bases on primary data, collected from individual/small investors. Structural equation model (SEM) approach is adopted to analyze the data. Significant influence of CSR and investor satisfaction on individual investor's loyalty occurs in the context of Pakistan. The study converses some important implications for those who are interested in studying investment behavior of individual investors regarding CSR actions.
