Abstract
This paper introduces a methodology used in the determination of most desirable IT skills. The approach relies mainly on the investigation of web-based Job-finder services. Utilizing the tools provided by the site itself, it is possible to generate valuable information that can help achieve the desired goals. Ideas for the improvement of used processes and possible cooperation in the development of automated tools needed for carrying out suggested processes are sought.
