Abstract
This study uses the case of Advantech Co., Ltd., (referred to as "Advantech") and analyzes the characteristics of its performance management system and mechanisms. The case study investigates the mechanisms that influence performance management from organizational control perspective, as well as the positive influences of digital performance management to the overall organizational performance on the basis of the information system. This study is expected to enrich the connotation of organizational control and performance evaluation, while serving as a practical reference for companies aiming to increase performance management through digitization.
