Abstract

Conference Title: 2015 IEEE Jordan Conference on Applied Electrical Engineering and Computing Technologies (AEECT) Conference Start Date: 2015, Nov. 3 Conference End Date: 2015, Nov. 5 Conference Location: Amman, Jordan We experimentally demonstrate the effect of depositing gold-coated ZnO nanoparticles on the surface of GaN multi-quantum well LED structures. We show that this method can significantly increase the amount of extracted light.
