Conference Title: 2015 9th International Congress on Advanced Electromagnetic Materials in Microwaves and Optics (METAMATERIALS) Conference Start Date: 2015, Sept. 7 Conference End Date: 2015, Sept. 12 Conference Location: Oxford, United Kingdom In effective medium approximation the possibility is shown and conditions are obtained for creation of epsilon-near-zero fishnet metamaterials based on the multilayered metal-dielectric nanostructure with implemented dielectric or metallic nanocylinders. It is established the possibility of realization of diffraction-free and low-loss regime of light beam propagation in these media.
