In this work we present an experimental characterization of an all-dielectric chiral metasurface, based on elliptic dielectric resonators (EDRs). The fabricated chiral metasurface achieves a large circular dichroism over two bands (17.55-17.61 GHz and 17.91-18.05 GHz), with ellipticities close to 45^{\mathrm{o}}, which shows that the fabricated structure can be used as circular polarization filter and circular polarizer at frequency bands indicated above.
