Abstract
The simulation and experimental implement-ation for a complete system, (DC and AC loads) are presented with a photovoltaic (PV) generator. The complete system consists of an array of solar panels. a CuK converter with FLC (as a voltage regulator). a single phase inverter. and a Data Acquisition Card (DAC). The FLC is designed to deal with the system nonlinearity and its associated uncertainty. A DAC is used to implement tile digital control of the system as a voltage regulator. The control objective for CuK converter is to move the operating point of the PV system to a constant voltage. The duty cycle (D) of the converter is adjusted to obtain a constant level of voltage. A single phase inverter consisting of IGBT is used to convert the DC voltage at the output of the CuK converter to AC voltage at the desired voltage level. The PV generator. converter. single phase inverter and the load models are simulated and analysed using the MATLAB, SIMULINK. and FUZZY TOOLBOXES.
