Abstract
The aim of this paper is to theoretically investigate and empirically test Employee Involvement and its relationship to Total Quality Management programs or initiatives in selected Greek industrial organisations. The basic question to be answered in this paper is whether the implementation of TQM programs utilises the company's human resources through the introduction of new and innovative forms of employee involvement. The study sample consists of 35 selected industrial organisations that were judged as normal, ordinary, and representative, covering a wide range of industrial sectors.
