Abstract
In this paper we investigate the problem of designing fuzzy network-based controllers for continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno T-S fuzzy systems. Network-induced delays, data packet dropout, and measurement quantization are simultaneously considered for Network signal-transmission. A stability criterion is developed using a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and sufficient conditions for the existence of quantized state and observer-based feedbacks are derived. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the application of the proposed design techniques.
