Abstract
Presently, most of the cloud providers provide the cloud services through service level agreement (SLA) based on the principle of "take it leave if". This paper proposes customized SLAs by intelligent agents which will automatically negotiate between the client and cloud provider without involving human interference. Traditional negotiations between humans are often fraught with difficulty and mistakes. The purpose of this paper is to apply the negotiation automated algorithms/agents in Cloud Computing SLA framework, and to evaluate the best negotiation approach based on some criteria.
