Abstract
This paper introduces a new CMOS inverting second generation current conveyor circuit. The proposed ICCII circuit has created by adding a high performance voltage inverter circuit with input stage of second generation current conveyor (CCII) previously presented in the literature. With +/- 0.8 V supply voltage, this circuit has a rail to rail dynamic range with a good accuracy, a low parasitic resistor at terminal X (1.6 Omega), wide current mode (3.32 GHz) and voltage mode (3.9 GHz) bandwidths. As application, various current mode sinusoidal oscillators using two ICCII- circuits and four admittances are presented. The simulation results of proposed ICCII and oscillator circuits are tested by TSPICE simulator using CMOS TSMC 0.18 mu m technology in order to verify the theoretical results.
