Abstract
Multimedia a division of International Publishing takes over the Salford Publishing. Multimedia needs a strategic plan for human resource management, to retain key employees and then motivate them so that the profitability will be increased. This report is about to analyze the current situation of integration, and there is some recommendations are provided to enhance the performance of the employees and their motivation. Kurt Lewin's Force Field analysis diagram is used for the analysis of the current situation of the integration. Driving forces (Benefits and new understanding) and restraining (relocation, organizational memory, American culture, and jobs security and uncertainty) forces to change are identified. It is found that change is less possible, so that the given recommendations will be much more helpful to smooth the situation and make the change possible.
