Abstract
Liquid level control is an essential process in most of the industrial application. In control system, there are several methods which are used in all areas of industry and technology. In this paper, two methods of liquid level control are implemented. The Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller and a fuzzy logic controller (FLC). The performance of the two controllers are compared through experimental study. The results show that the Fuzzy logic controller is outperform the PID controller in reducing the overshoot and the steady state error.
