Abstract
Complex impedance measurements were carried out for Mn1+xFe2-2xTixO4 in the frequency range 42Hz-5MHz prepared using solid-state reaction method. The conduction processes in the samples have been modeled in the form of an equivalent circuit made up of a series combination of two parallel RC circuit attributed to grain and grain boundaries. The dc conductivity is obtained by extrapolation of ac conductivity data using impedance spectroscopy and plotted as a function of Ti composition at room.
