Maintenance Resource Management(1) is a general process for improving communication, effectiveness and safety in aircraft maintenance operations. The main aim of MRM is to reduce the human factor occurrences in aviation maintenance that lead to irrepairable losses to men, machine and morale. This research paper will cover the different aspects of human factors and how MRM training can reduce the human error coefficient from an aviation maintenance setup. Moreover, the study will also focus on the MRM aspect and its proposed outcomes on the aviation industry of Pakistan.
