Abstract
Up today, there are very few methods providing quality of service (QoS) definition, yet more, no standard allowing its measurement. Since it is almost a subjective concept, many researchers tried to look for QoS projection on quantifiable spaces to make it measurable. Many applications hi vehicular ad hoc networks (VANET) require different QoS features, however, few attempts studied QoS parameters in one model. In this paper, we develop a QoS measuring system through fuzzy -logic projection. The proposed hierarchical fuzzy inference system allows to evaluate the network QoS as a crisp value.
