Conference Title: 2017 International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation (ISAP) Conference Start Date: 2017, Oct. 30 Conference End Date: 2017, Nov. 2 Conference Location: Phuket, Thailand We describe an all-dielectric metasurface, based on elliptic dielectric resonators (EDRs), which is designed to work as a beam splitter at 16.98 GHz. The proposed metasurface refracts electromagnetic incident waves with orthogonal polarizations along two specific directions without reflection.
