Abstract
In this paper, a new circuit low-voltage low-power CMOS rail-to-rail second generation current conveyor (CCII+) is introduced. This circuit is operative to low supply voltage of +/- 0.75V. All simulations are performed by Tspice model BSIM3v3 technology CMOS TSMC 0.18pm. The simulation's results of this circuit showed a low impedance at terminal X (R-x=1.01 Omega), a very high input impedance at terminal Y and a wide bandwidth current and voltage. They are respectively: (2.52GHz) and (2.88GHz). Based on this circuit, we have implemented a low-pass, band-pass and high-pass voltage mode filter.
