Perovskite solar cell is not easily available in the market having main reason is of its higher cost, and also having high cost cause of friendly nature of environment. It totally works on the flow of holes or moving of holes as PEDOT:PSS. .In this research work a software namely SCAPS is used for experimental observations. Function of hole transfer is done by molybdenum oxide for perovskite solar cell. Molybdenum oxide is also a thin film element. Molybdenum oxide has been used as an input frameworks at different temperature and it has no capability to take in possession of electron beam. All these conditions were performed on room temperature 100-C.Pure molybdenum oxide was used as input for transferring of hole. The advantage of this films is that it has smooth and clear surface which has 2-nm value .3.45 to 3.47 band gap energy has been used for this process. We have observed that work of Molybdenum oxide is very best and admirable at room temperature at composition of inverted. It gives very best efficiency of 19.00%. All the small portions of Molybdenum oxide are arranged in such a suitable way that it performance has been increased, property of firmness and also having approachable price for everyone.
