Abstract
Conference Title: 2017 18th International Conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (STA) Conference Start Date: 2017, Dec. 21 Conference End Date: 2017, Dec. 23 Conference Location: Monastir, Tunisia In this paper, a high efficiency AC-DC converter has been analysed based on co-simulation of PSpice simulator and Simulink using the SLPS interface program. An enhanced electro thermal model of power diode has been developed. The diode was implemented in the Pspice circuit simulation platform using Pspice standard components and analog behavior modeling (ABM) blocks. Potentially, the suggested model is able to trace the electrical effects. This model was confirmed through a comparison with other models having close characteristics for different circuits (DC-DC converter, turn-on and turn-off). It is first realized in PSpice software and integrated in Simulink via SLPS software. In a second step, the converter is simulated using MATLAB-Simulink.
