Abstract
The title of the research "protection of water environment and its relationship to the purposes of Islamic law" its scientific article is collected from various books, and I arranged them according to what serves the research to make it easier for specialists and those interested to view it, and take advantage of it, I had divided the research to introduction, and three theses, and a conclusion.
