Abstract
According to the nature of streaming technologies, it is very sensitive to packet loss and has strict minimum speed requirements. Network QoS metrics is proposed in order to evaluate streaming video and audio data over wireless networks under the effect of two techniques RRM and DASs. The objective of this paper is to improve QoS for streaming audio and video content over LTE networks for all users at the minimum delay and higher throughput rates. In this paper, we investigate the performance over LTE networks by the combination of these techniques to enhance the overall system performance. The Simulation results show that LTE makes a great enhancement for multimedia streaming systems under the effect of combination between both techniques DASs and RRM where it can lead to a significant and QoS enhancement by minimizing packet losses and maximization for packet delivery with total enhancement for network performance by 80 % for voice and 70 % for video streaming packets.
