Abstract
In this paper, a new voltage mode reconfigurable fully differential first order filter is presented The proposed multifunctional filter is realized using three capacitors, three resistors and two digitally controlled differential voltage current conveyor, as an active building block The realized circuit provides digitally controlled first order all pass, high pass and low pass fully differential filter responses simultaneously. The proposed filter's pole-omega(0) is controlled by an independently external n-bit digital control word The realized new voltage mode first order filter thus provides attractive features of fully differential circuits in addition to reconfigurabilty of filter parameters through digital programmability. The realized filter circuit performance is verified through HSPICE simulations using Stanford CNTFET model at 32 nm node.
