Abstract
The study aimed to discover the relationship between Saudi students enrolment in the foreign universities and education quality in those universities according to the ranking of Shanghai classification 2010. To achieve the aim, the researcher depended on data came as a mixture of quantitative data driven from the database in the Ministry of Higher Education website, and databases of international universities, as well as qualitative data through interviews with a number of 65 students returning from abroad, and10 of those in charge of the scholarship in Saudi universities and consulates, as well as dialogues with Saudi Students were made in the forums of scholarship. The statistical analysis of data revealed that there is a strong reverse relationship between enrolment of Saudi students in the foreign universities and the ranking of the universities in Shanghai classification 2010.
