Abstract
Conference Title: GLOBECOM 2013 - 2013 IEEE Global Communications Conference Conference Start Date: 2013, Dec. 9 Conference End Date: 2013, Dec. 13 Conference Location: Atlanta, GA, USA We consider SINR-constrained power minimization in MISO interference channel with imperfect channel state information (CSI). The problems is formulated as probability-constrained optimization problems. We make use of the Bernstein approximation to conservatively transform the probabilistic constraints into deterministic ones, and consequently convert the original stochastic optimization problems into convex optimization problems. Extensive simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
