Abstract
Glutamine-glutamate-GABA is a dominant pathway in neuron systems. Based on glutamine hydrolysis via ezymatic reaction of glutaminase to form glutamate and glutamate hydrolysis by glutamate decarboxylase to form GABA, dynamic modeling is developed. The mathematical modeling of dynamical system of glutamine-glutamate-GABA system in neuron is developed based on assumption that the system is in a single compartment. The developed model is shown that the model is nonlinear unstable system.
