Abstract
Conference Title: 2017 International Conference on Engineering & MIS (ICEMIS) Conference Start Date: 2017, May 8 Conference End Date: 2017, May 10 Conference Location: Monastir, Tunisia With the emergence of the public network, the information security become a critical research axis. This implies the need for the practice of preventing destruction, modification and unauthorized access of information. In this context, this paper illustrates a new video watermarking scheme that allows a high quality video. In this approach, two technical security schemes are used: the digital watermarking to insert a watermark in the video and the scrambling technique for overall video protection to insert the watermark based on a set of motion vectors. The motion vectors are generated during the motion estimation task. Only the even motions vectors are used for digital watermarking afterward all vectors are scrambled. The watermark depends on the application used. In this approach, a watermark is a binary sequence where only one bit of watermark is embedded into the horizontal and vertical components of motion vectors. In this paper, software and hardware implementations are studied. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme preserves the video sequences qualities, and the amounts of the used resources are relatively small.
