Abstract
Information technology in digital era has become important in most of the corporation nowadays and treated it as a major competitive tool for success. The paper examines once conceived and undertaken with aims to design and construct key concepts and a framework for an effective Information Technology based competitive tool for enterprise. A new perspective for information technology is being proposed due to the rapid change of technology development. This concept of technological capability (THIO) and the competitive advantage are presented in this paper across the information technology as well as shows the linkages of the THIO to the application of information technology as a strategic tool for future enterprises.
