Abstract
Pots experiment in a rain shelter consisting of a steel-frame covered with a plastic sheet were carried out to study the effect of water and fertilizer on rice, so that scientific management may be worked out to guide rice production. The character of rice such as number of tiller, plant height, root growth and yield were analyzed according to the results of the experiment. The principle of rice under various soil moisture and fertilizer treatment was discussed in this article.
