Abstract
Assessment is viewed as one of the modern methods to develop education. Through assessment, it becomes possible to identify the impact of the various teaching and learning processes that have been planned and implemented, as well as decide on their strengths and weaknesses. This will allow further enhancement and support of the former and further reform of the latter. It is worth mentioning that the outcome of the teaching and learning process is the student himself; thus, this process aims to fully develop his knowledge and emotions. To assess the student's level of development, several methods are used such as testing, observation tools, rating checklists, attitude scales, self-assessment methods and others. Testing is among the most significant tools used to assess learners' performance. The module aims at training teachers and faculty members helping teachers acquire Performance Based Assessment Competencies of using tests to assess learners' performance. After the completion of the module, the trainee is expected to have achieved the following Contents and training activities:

- Achievement Test.
- Performance Tests.
The module is designed to train teachers in general education schools, as well as faculty members at higher education institutions. This module has been designed after referring to sources and studies related to; evaluation; assessments and module designing Thus, it includes the module title, an introduction, a target group, a general objective, specific objectives, contents, training activities, assessment tools, suggested/ further/required readings, and references. This module is designed to be used for direct or indirect training; and for training with a trainer or self-training; and for individual and group settings training. Proposed Future Studies:
Using this module as a model to design educational and training modules in other educational fields, such as, classroom management, teaching methods and strategies, etc.
Using this module in electronic training, teaching, and learning (remote learning).
