Abstract
The goal of this investigation is to better understand the effect of origin's country of client on the perception of the hospitality within a merchant space in two different cultural contexts. A qualitative study was conducted with 10 clients in each country (Tunisia and ksa) encountered in two commercial spaces. The analysis of the interviews allowed us to note, first, that the cultural specificities of the country play a vital role in the manner to perceive the hospitality. Then, the impact of the latter on the consumer behavior and the consumption experience is different from one country to another. The theoretical contributions, the managerial implications and the future research pathways will be released by the end of this research.
