Optimization of the annealing temperature and CdSe thickness has yielded cells with Voc $=850\mathrm{mV}, Jsc =26.3\mathrm{mA}/\mathrm{cm}^{2}, \mathrm{FF}=73$ % and efficiency 16.3%.
