Abstract
Thin film of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) was grown on SrTiO3 pervoskite single crystal substrate at different pressures of oxygen using pulsed laser deposition technique. The x-ray diffractometry analysis revealed that the LSMO nanoparticles sintered at 1000 degrees C shows most stable structure. The crystallite size calculated using scherrer formula is comparable with the particle size observed in SEM images. It has been found that the sample grown at highest pressure of oxygen 100 mTorr shows better magnetization.
