Abstract
This paper proposes an e-business oriented pattern language. The proposed language offers a set of design patterns that allow the composition and the arrangement of prefabricated patterns and components to build e-business applications. It covers the major building blocks and elements that compose e-business applications. It increases the reusability advantage relying on proven solutions to recurring design problems in the e-business domain. Moreover, it relies on the XML industry standard so that the designed applications can be interfaced and communicated with other applications.
