Abstract
This paper focuses on the hardware platform construction and the mobile terminal software design of the toxic gas detection robot. It is mainly composed of infrared control remote control module, LCD display module and mobile terminal. In the software development and design, the master program is written using Keil, and the signals are measured and monitored through a modular and top-down design. When the MQ-7 carbon monoxide sensor detects an abnormal carbon monoxide signal within a certain period of time, the system transmits the signal to the MCU after processing the signal through the AD0832-centered AD converter. Finally, the carbon monoxide concentration is displayed by the liquid crystal. An alarm is issued immediately when the concentration exceeds the limit, and the data is uploaded to the mobile monitor via the HC-05 Bluetooth module.
