Abstract
The statement that "a picture is worth a thousand words" represents the depth of meaning of visualisation. Data visualisation includes any data presented in a graphical format and understanding and interpreting the data is more natural in this format. People with disabilities worldwide require individual care from governments in order to integrate within society. Their education, employment, and level of disability are essential issues subject to serious study. In Saudi Arabia, the General Authority of Statistics (GASTAT) published the survey results of people with disabilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia [2]. This paper aims to determine the critical indicators of the impacts of disabilities on the lives of those in the Saudi community using data visualisation techniques. To achieve our aim, another dataset published on the financial support provided by the government to people with disabilities is integrated with the dataset from GASTAT. Tableau software was used in our research to visualise the insights interactively. This study aims to serve the decision makers who authorized provide appropriate solutions, by identifying some strategies that can ease the impacts of disabilities.
