Abstract
Fifth - Generation 5G systems are born with the vision of being those systems that will serve the society. They will be expected to be unique in the fact that they are designed to carry out a more customized and flexible network resource management process based on comprehending the requirements and desires of the end user. QoE therefore is becoming of great importance for the fact that 5G will be more human oriented rather than system centric. For 5G systems to be those systems fulfilling all aspirations and needs of users, QoE must be intrinsically supported. Attempts to incorporate the user dimension in the management of 5G networks will probably be about instantaneous assembly of intelligence in real time mode. Approaches based on fuzzy logic, machine learning, or big data will be of use in determining means of capturing users' experience and emotions when using 5G systems.
