The pyrrolidine ring in the title compound, C34H28N2O2, adopts a twist conformation in one of the two independent molecules and an envelope conformation in the other. The oxindole group in both molecules is planar. The molecular structure is stabilized by weak intramolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O interactions and the crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O interactions.
