Abstract
In the title compound, C13H8Cl3NO4S, the aromatic rings are oriented at a dihedral angle of 68.94 (1)degrees and the molecule adopts a V-shape. An intramolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O interaction generates a six-membered S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, pairs of O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds involving the carboxy group link the molecules into inversion dimers with an R-2(2) (8) motif. N-H center dot center dot center dot O and non-classical C-H center dot center dot center dot O interactions connect the molecules, forming sheets propagating in (100).
